Location

The office of Dr. Mark Baldree is located at 4250 E Camelback Road building 'K' Suite 250.  We  are  on the northwest corner of Camelback Road and 44th Street with accessibility from 44th Street.

Please Note:
Building 'K' is a single story building yet our suite requires that upon entering the building, you need to take the elevator which is located in the lobby. When entering the elevator, push number 2, which will bring you to our floor. We are in Suite K-250, directly left of the elevator.
